Crystal Black Bead Head Woolly Bugger Streamer Fly
This maybe the most popular streamer pattern ever. Probably because it can be used in all waters (ponds, lakes, slow rivers, fast rivers). This impressionistic pattern imitates everything; including minnows, sculpin, crayfish and anything else. Your fly box should have several of these from large to small and different colors. The secret to this fly is the marabou tail it creates a lifelike action that any trout, bass or any fish can't resist.
These flies have a weighted underbody to get the fly quickly into the fishable area. The best thing about streamer fishing is you can't screw it up. You can drift them, strip them or a combination.
