Wet the suction cups of the WeUse OurBSHF (Back Scrubber Hands-free), and apply firm pressure to stick to the wall. 3. Apply the shower gel (essential for deep cleaning and for reducing the scrubbing friction that causes OurBSHF to slide on the wall) and enjoy scrubbing our backs. 4. Remove and stick to adjust the height to scrub our shoulders, waists, and buttocks. 5. Hold it in hand to scrub our bodies. 6. Step on it to massage our feet. 7. Rinse and hang it back on the hook to dry. (First of all, wash and dry a piece of shower wall away from the shower area and attach the inclued hook to the wall. The back scrubber can stay stuck on a smooth shower wall almost permanently, and the hook can be omitted ). Problems and solutions: 1. If the WeUse OurBSHF (Back Scrubber Hands-free) does not stick to the shower wall, see if you have wet the suction cups or the wall. Water can seal the joint surface and make it easy to stick. 2. If it slides on the wall while scrubbing, hit it with your back, make sure you have stuck it with clean water (without soap), or see if you have applied shower gel to scrub your back. Without soap, the friction between it and our back is naturally greater than the friction between it and the wall, which causes it to shift on the wall. 3.
