Tupelo honey is a rare honey that never granulates. This honey is in very short supply. We have a really limite quantity. Tupelo Honey is a light honey with a greenish cast. It is awesome on pancakes. A great replacement for syrup! This honey was harvested from the white tupelo trees that bloom in the Florida Panhandle. It has a delicate flavor with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Some diabetics are allowed to eat this honey. You may also know this honey as 'Eulee's Gold' from the movie with Peter Fonda!
