This squat foam pad is 17" (43.5 cm), has an outer diameter 4" (11 cm), and an inner diameter of 1.5" (4 cm). It's so small and compact that it easily fits into your gym bag. Our lifting shoulder pad provides ultra comfort and making your training easier no matter which bar you choose to work out with!
