-Between your palms, roll each earplug into a ball until it is warm

-If the earplug is too large, you can break off a piece to make it smaller and then reinsert
-To clean the earplugs between uses, wash them with warm, soapy water
-Replace the earplug if it starts to crumble or break apart after many uses
