Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles are fat-free, gluten-free, and very low in carbohydrates and calories, and their healthful content provides a rich source of trace minerals including iodine, which kelp is well known for.
Out of storage, kelp noodles can be rather tough, and should be rinsed before use. For better control softening to desired texture, wash in cold water and 1 Tbsp baking soda for firmer noodles, or pour over boiling water with 1-2 Tbsp baking soda for softer noodles!"
