How do you replace the useless abrasive paper
All the spare paper had already got adhesive on their back. First, tear up the old paper from the foot file slowly. Second, take off the release paper. Third, stick the new abrsive on the same place. Now, you can use the foot file as good as before.

The smaller mesh number ,the coarser sandpaper
Most of the abrasive paper grit on the market is 150/200,we strictly select the abrasive paper grit 100/180,so no matter your cocoons is thick or thin it can be easily remove calluses or be gently treated.
