Cures most trim issues including trim cutting out from time to time, trim only working in one direction, or trim not working at all

Its recommended that you change both trim relays out at the same time, sometimes one bad relay will make the entire trim not work.

Easy 5 minute fix, Trim relays are usually located on starboard side of motor, you may have to unscrew some wires to get to them.

If your old relays have the "Hangtag Connectors" with the rubber spacers, be sure to keep those and put those on the new relays to ensure an easy fit. If you already threw them away, no worries, you just may need to use a spacer to ensure a snug fit when your screwing the relays back in place.
