I started OnlinePilatesClasses in 2018 to share my online Pilates classes and tutorials. I believe that 30 minutes of Pilates a day sets us up to be a better person for ourselves, our family, friends, job – when we feel better, we do life better all around. In fact, our members are reaching their personal goals because of their OPC practice. At OPC, we specialize in consistency, connection, and community.
