Neem oil foliar spray has been shown to be most useful when applied to young plant growth. DIRECTION TO USE FOR PLANT: Mix 1 or 1/2 teaspoon of Neem oil with warm water (1 oz/30 ml). Do not use high concentration. Add few drops of mild liquid dish soap. Shake well. Spray each affected plant with the Neem oil solution. Cover all sides of the plant, including the underside of the leaves and the stem. Use this solution every 2-4 weeks. An ideal time to spray Neem oil is in the early morning or afternoon. FOR HAIR: Rubbing just a few drops of the oil into your scalp, hair’s midsection and ends, which may protect against breakage and improve hair texture.
