Step 1. clean all debris on the surface and let it dry;

Step 2. put a lot of sealant on the surface;

Step 3. Put the new vent cover on the sealant and swing it back and forth slightly;

Step 4. Put the screws back in; (Does not come with mounting screws in package)

Step 5. Put some sealant on the base, Caulked to prevent any leaks.

Step 6. Put the top cover on the base and click it in place line
