We can engrave the back of the medical plate only. Please find an example of how the engraving should be done or you could create your own. This is just an example of what you could get engraved. 1. Your first and last name 2. Your phone number (family number) or your personal doctor's phone number 3. Medical condition that EMS or doctors should be aware of (please abbreviate all medical terms and conditions please). Please recheck the spelling of all the medical terms, we are not responsible for misspelled words. We recommend that you measure the wrist size before getting the engraving done as our loved ones come in all different sizes. Upon completing the transaction, please remember to leave us a message on our buyer seller message board with the engraving information along with the choice of font. Please recheck the engravable surface and spelling before messaging the request. If we do not receive the engraving request within two days of transaction, your item will be shipped out as it is. Once this jewelry is engraved, we cannot offer a return or an exchange.
