The following procedure is strongly recommended by us from our past experience: 1 Make sure all blades are firmly screwed into the blade holder 2 Make sure all blades are firmly secured to the flywheel and check pitch of blade holders, all must be the same. 3 look up the fan from below, check and sure no blade holders are bent and no blades are out of position. Make a correction by gently bending the blade, holder back into position 4 use a household yardstick blade tracking can be checked, put the yard stick up against the ceiling vertically and even with the outside leading edge of a blade. Note the edge of the blade to the ceiling distance, carefully turn the blades slowly to check the remained. If blade is not in alignment, the blade holder may be gently bent up or down to be in line with the other blades.If by following all the steps and problern is not sloved, use balancing Kit and follow the procedure 1. Put the clip between the blade holder and the blade tip at the trailing edge of the blade, for testing each fan blade. 2. After find the unbalance blade , move the clip inward and outward and then turn on the fan to confirm the best area. 3. Remove the clip and install a balancing weight to the top of the blade along the centerline near the position.
