Downloading the Magic Lantern App
a. Prepare a smart mobile phone running with Android 4.3 or iOS 8.0 (or above).
b. Download the Magic Lantern App from the App Store or scan the QR code on the instruction manual.
Connecting the hexagon light to Magic Lantern App
a. Make sure the hexagon light is powered on;
b. The Bluetooth in your mobile phone is turned on;
c. Click to apply Magic Lantern;
d. Click any color button on the interface 3 times to connect the hexagon light automatically.
Notice
1. To use the Wire Controller Cable, you need to press and hold for 3 seconds to switch on or off the hexagon light.
2. If the Bluetooth is not turned on, it will pop up "Allow Magic Lantern to Bluetooth?" Click"Allow".
3. If you failed to connect to the app or lose connection with the app. Please click any color button repeatedly to check whether other mobile phones are connected. The hexagon light is only available for one mobile phone controlling.
4.If you change new mobile phone for controlling the string light, please turn off the Bluetooth connection of the previous phone. Unplug the USB switch of the hexagon light, power it on and re-connect.
