This Herm Sprenger chain collar is an excellent item for dog training and trials. Its saturated, classy color will make your pet look like a real defender.

It is composed of a chain with 1/9 inches/3.0 mm link diameter and two O-rings. Owing to long links, we advise this supply as a fur protector for pets with middle size and long hair.

This choke chain is designed to save your dog’s long fur. Due to large links, it doesn't cause hair damage, doesn't pull out or knot dog’s hair. This collar delivers pleasant wearing experience.

This training collar is 20 inches/51 cm long. It will perfectly fit for pets with a 17-18 inches/43-45 cm neck circumference.

How to measure your dog for the chain collar:

  • Measure 1) the largest part of your dog's head, and 2) the middle of his/her neck.
  • Determine the size of the collar you need using your dog’s head measurements if your dog's head is larger than his/her neck.
  • Determine the size of the collar you need using your dog’s neck measurements if his/her neck is larger than the head.
  • Now add 2" to to the above measurements (head or neck) for larger dogs and 1" to 1.5" for smaller dogs. This is the size collar you will need.

This collar is made of black stainless steel. It is as strong as the traditional steel, but has increased corrosion resistance. The collar will not rust even in the conditions of seawater or high moisture.

NOTE!
This black stainless steel collar suits for dogs with dark fur and those canines who are not reactive to nickel.
The collars made of black stainless steel are not advised for pets with light coat, because they may color fur as the result of normal abrasion processes. If your dog has light fur, we advise you to order a nickel free curogan collar.
