Each inhaler is 3.5 inches x .75 inches, and Each Set is Comprised of an External Aluminum Holder, An Internal Glass Container, and A Wick. The removable inner container is clear glass, in which to place the wick. Please drip a bit of your essential oil onto this wick, and inhale close to your nose, after you remove the top aluminum cap. To Refresh: Just disassemble, and add a few more drops of essential oils!
