This solid cake is UV reactive and will glow under a black light. It is non-toxic and hypoallergenic which makes it a reliable choice, ensuring no skin irritation or reactions. We recommend applying the paint in thin layers to avoid cracking. To apply use a slightly moistened sponge or brush, rub the applicator against the surface of the cake and then apply.
