As with our single origin bars our focus is to be as true to the ingredients as possible.
- Cardamom Black Pepper: Several years ago we sold special international award winning truffles. One of our favorites was a truffle with a ganache made of our Dos Rios chocolate with pepper and cardamom. This is our version of that truffle in a chocolate bar. Even before it was widely available it was already winning awards around the world, including silver at the 2015 American round of the International Chocolate Awards.
