Is your old BBQ Grill or Smoker thermometer broken, lost its accuracy? Are you tired of those inexpensive so called “Pro” look alike replacement thermometers that don’t last. If so, River Country has the thermometer for you, our world renowned “Professional Series” River Country thermometers. Our Professional Series “RC-T2” is one of only a handful of true competition grade thermometers available on the market today. It features a versatile full range, easy to read color segmented dial with a range of 50 F for low and slow smoking to 550 F for that go ‘ol flame broiled taste. Our thermometers are constructed with an extra thick gauge 304SS housing and our specially designed and welded 316SS probe stem to withstand the corrosive effects of cooking over time. River Country’s “Professional Series” have an Anti Parallax, Vibration Resistant Dial with a quick responds bi-metallic spring to show almost instantaneous temperature change plus a shatter resistant glass lens to withstand the heat. The RC-T2 has a built in user re-calibration adjuster for true competition cook-off’s when every degree counts! Each of our thermometers is hermetically sealed at our factory and undergo a multi step dry heat cycle testing procedure and inspection to ensure at least a 99.1% full scale accuracy rate, The highest in the industry. The RC-T2 comes standard with ¼” NPT by ¾” length mounting threads for easy mounting on thick or thin walled grills and smokers and a non obtrusive 2 ½” thermometer stem. If you do not have a pre-existing ¼ NPT fitting, you can easily drill a ½” std hole and mount with the supplied hardware and instructions.
